Horrible Service- DON'T ORDER
I ordered some flowers that were supposed to be a surprise for my elderly grandmother. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday so I called her Thursday to see if she got them. She had not received the flowers even though the tracking order said they had been delivered. According to the delivery service, they had been delivered and were sitting on her front porch, even though I had asked for them to be delivered to her side door as she cannot get onto her porch. But the flowers were not there anyway. Trying to get to the bottom of the issue has been a complete hassle as they keep sending me back and fourth between Bloomex and the tracking company. Bloomex offered a store credit for the flowers that were never received. They said that even though they are not supposed to be they would send out a resend for the flowers, making it sound like it was a huge inconvenience to them. I will never order flowers from this company again. I rarely write online reviews but please consider yourself warned that this company is a little bit shady.
