What you pay for and for what you get are two different things. I ordered a birthday package for my daughter, when she received the flowers were NOT even in a vase like they were supposed to be.There was a birthday balloon that was supposed to be included that was not received. Even the flowers looked very cheap. I contacted Bloomex, and was told that the %u201Ccomplete%u201D package was delivered. Bullshit, RIP off.
